Where are the best tapas in Albir, Spain?
If you like tapas while you’re in Spain and plan on staying in the Alfas/Altea/Albir area of the country, don’t miss the best tapas bar in Albir. It’s put on every Saturday night at the Hotel Kaktus Albir right on the seafront and is an all-you-can-eat tapas bar from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
You’ll eat everything from soup, fresh fish, olives, hams, sausages, various breads and cheeses and meats to shrimp, smoked salmon, squid, mussels, help yourself to many items on a large salad bar and much more.
We are currently staying at the Hotel Kaktus so the best tapas in Albir are included in our room rate without extra charge. If you’re not staying at the Kaktus, however, no worries. They only charge 15 euros and the spread really is excellent.
Drinks are not included but even with a couple of beers or a glass of wine, the tapas bar at the Hotel Kaktus in Albir certainly isn’t going to break the bank.
Just get there early as it does get quite crowded, particularly in the warmer months of the year. Besides, you want enough time to really enjoy everything on offer. It’s delicious!!
And, of course, if you are going to be staying in Albir but have not booked your hotel room, do that early as well to get the best deals.
