Raphael, a 41-year-old man who lives in Sevilla, Spain is lonely. So lonely in fact that, after many attempts to find a girlfriend by hitting the bars at night, but to no avail, Raphael has now decided he needs to take his attempts further. So, last week, notes pasted on billboards, telephone poles, and stuck to windows have appeared all over Sevilla, with Raphael’s heartfelt message on them.
In Spanish, Raphael says love should be for everyone and states, “I an not happy because I am alone. I am looking for a sincere lady for a serious relationship.” He then writes his phone number and asks any woman who is interested in a serious relationship to call him.
Apparently, several women have called but Raphael is still to find his true love.
While many people may think this a strange way to find your true love, we think you’ve got to give Raphael credit for at least trying. Too many people sit there waiting for the “right person” to come along, while Raphael has decided he’s had enough of being alone and he’s going to do something about it.
We wish him all the luck in the world and hope eventually some lovely lady in Sevilla catches Raphaela’s eye and it’s true love after all.
