Good news for the Costa del Sol.  In a press conference this week, Elías Bendodo, President of the Costa del Sol Tourist Board, said tourism was expected to be up 10 percent this summer, bringing a large increase in much needed tourism revenue. Most growth is expected from tourists from Germany and the United Kingdom.

The Costa del Sol begins at the cliffs at Maro in the East and runs to Punto Chullera in the west. It includes cities and towns like Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Nerja, Estepona, Marbella and the capital city, Málaga.
