Spain is a mecca for street art and graffiti, with more and more popping up all the time. In many Spanish towns and cities, the police have clamped down on graffiti artists and are handing out large fines.
In other places though, authorities are realizing graffiti can be beautiful, as well as be used to cover up what otherwise might just be an eyesore.
In this featured photo, we are guessing the graffiti isn’t authorized. But, it is quite beautiful, isn’t it. Then, add the man casually reading his magazine in front of it, and this photo is just as much about ‘art’ as the street art and graffiti itself.
